January, 2022 – EFPR Group, LLP is proud to announce eight individuals with the Firm have been promoted to partner: John Costilow, Andrew Fox, Jennifer Kiblin, Joshua Hoffman, Brent Jensen, Victoria Kleehammer, Jason Piper, and Thomas Smith.

They each play a critical role in helping us achieve our strategic goals in the areas in which they specialize.”

John Costilow, CPA is part of EFPR Group’s Attest department. He has over 10 years with the firm and works with numerous educational and governmental organizations. John is part of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He is located in our Williamsville office.

Andrew Fox, CPA, MBA is part of EFPR Group’s Attest department. He has over 12 years of public accounting experience and works with nonprofit organizations, construction and real estate, HUD and other government-related entities across multiple states. In addition, Andrew oversees the Public Housing Authority service line for the Firm. He is part of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is a Nan McKay Certified RAD PBV Specialist. He is part of the Board of Directors, and currently Treasurer, of Brighton Park Golf Club. Andrew is located in our Williamsville office.

Jennifer Kiblin, CPA is part of EFPR Group’s Attest department. She has over 29 years of public accounting experience and works with closely held businesses, construction contractors, not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans (including multiemployer plans) and labor unions. She also works with Affordable Housing industry clients specializing in historic and low income housing tax credit projects. Jennifer is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She is located in our Williamsville office.

Joshua Hoffman, CPA, MSA is part of EFPR Group’s Tax and Business Services department. He joined the firm in 2014 and has a broad range of industry experience in construction, real estate, transportation, emerging technologies and closely held businesses. Josh offers a variety of tax services including individual, partnership, corporate and not-for-profit tax preparation, and assists clients with tax planning. He is the service line leader in the multi-state taxation group, and is regularly involved in researching new tax accounting regulations and their applicability to a client’s ever-changing business environment. Josh currently sits on the board for the Mercy Flight Central Foundation and Finance committee. He is also part of the NYSSCPA Multistate and Local Taxation committee and the Monroe County Bar Association and NYSSCPA Annual Tax Institute planning committee. He is located in our Rochester office.

Brent Jensen, CPA is part of EFPR Group’s Attest department. He provides audit, accounting and consulting services for numerous governmental, nonprofit and higher education organizations. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and involved in the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). Brent is located in our Williamsville office.

Victoria Kleehammer, CPA is part of EFPR Group’s Tax and Business Services department. She joined the Firm in 2007 and has a broad range of industry experience. She specializes in trusts and estates, individual planning and tax preparation and resolving tax resolution matters. She offers a variety of tax services to clients including individual, trust, estate, partnership, and corporate tax preparation, and helps clients with tax planning. She is currently a member of the board on the Estate Planning Council of Rochester and is a part of the Rochester Community Foundation’s Professional Advisors Liaison Committee. She is located in our Rochester office.

Jason Piper, CPA is a part of EFPR Group’s Attest department. He joined the Firm in 2007 and his wide range of experience includes assisted living, manufacturing, construction, school districts, government and not-for-profit organizations. His experience outside of public accounting has given him the familiarity that allows him to adapt to the concerns and needs that his client may have. It, also, has allowed him to perform non-attest services for many clients, including various tax returns. Jason also frequently resets at the Empire State Association of Assisted Living annual conference. He is on the Board of Center for Youth Services, Inc and is part of the NYS Department of Health Cost Report Work Group. Jason is located in our Rochester office.

Thomas Smith, CPA is part of EFPR Group’s Attest department. He has over nine years of public accounting experience providing audit, accounting and consulting services to numerous governmental organizations. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Tom is located in our Williamsville office.
