Rich is a Partner at EFPR Group, LLP. He joined the firm in 2007 as the result of a merger with his accounting firm Carnevale Niles Whitney & Davis, PC. His work is focused on local government, nonprofit and pension plan audits. In addition to traditional attest work, Rich has over 25 years of experience in performing peer reviews. He serves as a valuable resource for a number of CPA firms in New York and Pennsylvania through his peer review work. Rich has also become a resource for other peer reviewers by serving as a team member, reviewing higher risk engagements including Uniform Guidance and ERISA audits.

Rich has served as the firm’s Quality Control Partner for the past several years. As such, he has successfully overseen the completion of the firm’s past two peer reviews for which the firm has received the highest report rating of pass.
