Kelly is a Director in EFPR Group’s Tax and Business Services department. She has over 20 years of experience in public accounting with extensive knowledge in federal and state taxation, as well as individual and estate and trust taxation.

Kelly offers a variety of tax services to clients including individual, partnership, and corporate tax preparation, as well as assists clients with tax planning. She also specializes in Estate and Trust work ranging from planning to finalizing estates. Kelly is an expert at assisting clients with tax problem resolution with the IRS and State Tax Departments.

Kelly is an active volunteer in the community. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Plattsburgh State University and was licensed by the United States as an IRS Enrolled Agent in 2012.

Kelly also enjoys training and public speaking and has conducted many seminars and workshops in individual taxation as well as small business taxation and planning.

She takes pride in getting to know her clients and delivering high-level client service. Her mission is going beyond numbers on a spreadsheet to deliver service, satisfaction and peace of mind to all of her clients.
