Hope is the Director of Human Resource Management for EFPR Group. She maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources through workforce strategy, organizational and performance development, compliance and governance, executive coaching executive compensation, succession planning, coaching and advisory, strategic communications and public relations.
Hope has been providing human resource leadership including Organizational Behavioral Strategy, Leadership Development, Change Management and Human Resource Compliance for over 16 years. Her role also includes executive management consulting, workforce development, corporate ethics and employee conflict management.
Hope received her Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and her undergraduate degree from SUNY in Business, Management and Economics with a concentration in Human Resources. Hope holds multiple certifications from Global Human Capital through Columbia University School of Professional Studies.
As a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and National Human Resources Association, Hope has extensive expertise in employee benefits, organizational development and ethics protocol. She is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America.
In her free time Hope is an active world traveler including recent missionary trips to Myanmar. She enjoys time with friends and family. Hope has two daughters.
