Heather is the Operations Manager for the Tax and Business Services Department at EFPR Group. She maintains and enhances the organization’s tax and business services department through strategic workforce strategy, organizational and performance development, employee relations, compliance and governance, executive coaching, succession planning, coaching and advisory, strategic communications, recruitment, and public relations.

Heather has been providing strategic leadership including Organizational Behavioral Strategy, Leadership Development, Change Management, Corporate Governance, Human Resources and Risk Management Compliance for over 15 years. Her role also includes executive management consulting, workforce development, corporate ethics, and employee conflict management.

She is responsible for non-client facing operational areas of the Firm including Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Finance. Heather also works closely with the Firm’s subsidiaries.

As a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and National Human Resources Association, Heather has extensive expertise in employee benefits, organizational development, and ethics protocol.

In her free time, Heather is an active world traveler and passionate supporter of the arts. She enjoys time with friends and family exploring new restaurants, museums and galleries.
