Doug is a Partner at EFPR Group. He has responsibility for providing audit, accounting and consulting services for numerous governmental, nonprofit and housing organizations. He has over 32 years of Public Accounting experience.

Doug has been the audit engagement partner on some of the largest government audits in New York State including: Empire State Development, NYS Thruway Authority, Javits Convention Center, Internal Control audit of the NYS Office of the State Comptroller, Single Audit of the State of New York. and Consolidated Fiscal Report audit of NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.

Doug has also worked with over 400 Affordable Housing industry clients over the last 30 years including historic and Low-Income Housing tax credit projects and projects financed by HUD, USDA Rural Development, NYS Housing Trust Fund Corporation, NYS Homeless Housing Assistance Corporation and numerous other funding agencies.

Doug’s experience also includes working with nonprofit organizations throughout NYS including Community Action Agencies, Health and Welfare organizations, cultural organizations, Community Foundations and numerous SUNY and CUNY related nonprofit organizations.
