Vince is a Partner and department head of the Tax and Business Services Department with over 20 years of experience and an extensive list of areas of tax specialization.

He works with owners in closely held business and specializes on the tax planning and consulting side of their business. Vince has expertise in many areas of industry including construction, manufacturing, real estate, retail and medical professional. He also works closely with high wealth individuals relative to tax and estate planning.

With many years of experience in tax resolution services, related to federal and state tax issues, Vince successfully resolves serious tax problems. He has extensive expertise in responding to IRS letters, or notices, which allows for favorable client outcomes. Vince works mostly with individual and small business clients to resolve IRS and state tax debts and specializes in tax return preparation for clients with past or ongoing compliance issues.
