Tom has over nine years of public accounting experience. He currently functions as a Partner of the Firm and has responsibility for providing audit, accounting and consulting services for numerous governmental organizations.

Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from State University of New York at Buffalo in 2011 and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from State University of New York at Buffalo in 2012. He was licensed in New York State as a Certified Public Accountant in 2015.
