Michael is a Director in EFPR Group’s Tax and Business Services Department. He has fifteen years of experience in tax compliance and consulting for closely held businesses and individuals.

Michael offers a variety of tax services to clients. His experience includes income tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to partnerships, limited liability companies, S and C corporations and the owners associated with such businesses. He also has broad experience with consolidated C-Corporations and multi-tier partnerships.

Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and NYS Society of CPAs. He received his B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Oswego.
