Hope is a Partner in the Firm and oversees the operations for EFPR Group. She maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources through strategic workforce strategy, organizational and performance development, employee relations, compliance and governance, executive coaching, succession planning, coaching and advisory, strategic communications, recruitment, payroll and benefit management, and public relations. Hope has been providing strategic leadership including Organizational Behavioral Strategy, Leadership Development, Change Management, and Human Resource Compliance for over 15 years. Her role also includes executive management consulting, workforce development, corporate ethics, and employee conflict management.

She is responsible for non-client facing operational areas of the Firm including Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Finance. She is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and is instrumental in formatting and driving the Firm’s growth and strategic expansion including mergers and acquisitions. Hope also works closely with the Firm’s subsidiaries’.

Hope received her Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and holds undergraduate degrees in Business, Management, and Economics, with a concentration in Human Resources, and Business Administration. Hope holds multiple certifications from Global Human Capital through Columbia University School of Professional Studies.

As a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and National Human Resources Association, Hope has extensive expertise in employee benefits, organizational development, and ethics protocol.

In her free time, Hope is an active world traveler including missionary trips to Myanmar. She enjoys time with friends and family.
