June, 2018 – Rochester, New York: After over 40 years working devotedly as an audit, tax and business consultant for EFPR Group, LLP, William Friedman, a resident of Leroy, has retired as a partner.

Bill joined EFPR Group (at that time it was Rotenberg & Co.) one year after graduating from Rochester Business Institute. Bill’s practice was primarily in the medical, long term care, health insurance and managed care industries. He also has specialized knowledge working in the regulatory environment including Public Service Commission, Medicare, Medicaid and the New York State Department of Insurance.

“For more than four decades, Bill has provided invaluable leadership and mentoring for our company and industry. His consistent and resolute focus on operating with the highest level of interest with our clients has helped distinguish our company,” said Kevin Hill, CEO. “I wish him well in his future adventures and look forward to joining him on the golf course.”

Earlier this year Bill transitioned his clients to other senior members and plans on supporting the EFPR Group team for special projects and busy season.

A farewell event was held this week in Bill’s honor at EFPR Group.
