Event – The New Normal: What Every Retirement Plan Fiduciary Needs to Know About Today’s Hostile Regulatory Environment

You are invited to join us for breakfast and an educational seminar on the threats to retirement plan fiduciaries and the top ways to reduce your fiduciary exposure.

As a retirement plan sponsor, you cannot read a benefits related publication without the headlines reporting another lawsuit by the Department of Labor or plan participants against a retirement plan’s fiduciaries. This “new normal” is affecting all employers small and large plans – private business and nonprofit organizations; 401(k) and 403(b) plans. How do you successfully manage your plan in this environment?

EFPR Group and Beltz Ianni & Associates have joined together to bring you a 90 minute presentation on the latest issues facing retirement plan sponsors and fiduciaries. The presentation will provide you with a guide to managing your fiduciary responsibilities.

Don’t miss this highly informative discussion.

Date: Wednesday, November 2, 2016

Time: 8:00-8:30 AM Registration and Breakfast; 8:30-10:00 AM Presentation

Location: Locust Hill Country Club 2000 Jefferson Road Pittsford, NY 14534
