January, 2023 – EFPR Group, LLP is proud to announce 3 individuals with the Firm have been promoted to partner: Gina Bliss, Courtney S. Brock and William F. Peterson, Jr.

“We are excited and proud to promote these talented individuals to Partner,” said Jim Marasco, Managing Partner of EFPR Group, LLP. “They each play a critical role in helping us achieve our strategic goals in the areas in which they specialize.”

Gina Bliss, CPA is part of EFPR Group’s Tax and Business Services Department. She has over 20 years of experience in tax compliance, consulting and financial statement preparation for closely held businesses. She works with numerous businesses including those in the manufacturing and medical industry. Gina is an Emergency Medical Technician for the Bergen Fire Department, as well as a director and treasurer for them. Gina is located in our Rochester office.

Courtney S. Brock, CPA, CFE is part of StoneBridge Business Partners, an EFPR Group company. She has been with EFPR Group, LLP since graduating from SUNY Geneseo in 2006. Courtney is a dynamic member with a specialization in auditing, forensic accounting, litigation support, and merger & acquisition (M&A) services. Courtney’s client responsibilities take her all over the U.S. servicing a diversified clientele. Her professional affiliations include being a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Within the community, she was actively involved in the formation of the Pittsford Alumni Association. Courtney is a current board member and serves on the advocacy and audit committees of the Humane Society of Greater Rochester – Lollypop Farm. She is located in our Rochester office.

William F. Peterson, Jr., CFE is part of EFPR Group’s Tax and Business Services department. He has over 20 years of public accounting experience. Will has responsibility for providing individual and business tax returns and tax planning and compliance consulting services, including individual estate planning and trust compliance and administration. He is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is located in our Williamsville office.
