At EFPR Group, the health of our employees, clients and business partners are a top priority. Due to the growing concerns around COVID-19, we are taking additional steps for extra caution. We will be taking full advantage of investments we’ve made in technology over the past few years. All staff continue to be readily accessible through email, telephone and virtual platforms. We continue to operate business as usual, with a few modifications.

Effective immediately, I have instructed the following measures be taken until further notice:

Moving In-Person Meetings to Virtual / Teleconference Meetings:
In an effort to minimize any potential exposure to both our team members and clients, we are taking the highest level of precaution and therefore in-person meetings will be held virtually through our software platform, via telephone conference or electronic communication. For additional instructions, please contact your accountant directly or complete the form below.

Social Distancing:
The CDC recommends social distancing as a measure that can help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Therefore I have enacted the following protocols to limit physical interaction:

1. We have made a concerted effort to encourage clients to send their data files via our secure ShareFile portal or other electronic means throughout the years. We will continue to do so moving forward. If you are a client and in need of ShareFile access, please complete the form below immediately for instructions.
2. If you are a client who is needs to physically drop off documents, we are asking you to drop them off at the main lobby (security desk) in the Rochester office, or in the boxes inside the reception area of the other offices (Williamsville, Albany, Corning or Jupiter, FL).
3. We continue to accept Fed Ex and UPS deliveries.

Equally important is our communication with you and timely delivery of our services to you. At this juncture, production is normal, but we are also tracking any changes to agency deadlines such as IRS tax filing deadlines and payment extensions, and will keep you informed. I can assure you our team is monitoring the situation daily and adapting guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), public health agencies and state officials. We will adapt our protocols as necessary and keep you apprised of all updates and changes.
