Michael is from Webster, NY and received his accounting degree from St. John Fisher University in 2021. He has one year of experience in the accounting profession and recently joined EFPR’s Rochester office as a Staff Accountant in our Audit Department!

What attracted you to EFPR?
The new 2080 policy was enticing since in public accounting it’s expected one will work at least 2300 hours in a year.

What is your “number one” hobby?
Since early January, I’ve been doing resistance training at my local Gold’s Gym on average 4-5 times a week, it is the best decision I’ve ever made.

Are you an avid fan of any sports teams?
The Yankees but I mainly follow combat sports nowadays like boxing and MMA.

What is one thing most people would be surprised to learn about you? It could be a hidden talent or favorite pass-time, something you’ve accomplished, or something that happened to you.
I was a sushi chef for several years before going back to school.

Name a “bucket list” personal goal that you’d like to accomplish. What is the likelihood that you’ll accomplish it? Are you working toward it now?
I’ve been telling myself for several years that I would like to learn Korean but I haven’t dedicated enough time into it.
