Hitiksha currently resides in Buffalo, NY and graduated from RIT with her Master of Science in Accounting and Analytics. She will be working from the Buffalo Office’s Attest Department as a Staff Accountant.

What attracted you to EFPR?
I visited EFPR Group through RIT’s Travelling Tigers event and was impressed by the warm welcome and friendliness of the Rochester office employees. Their engaging and respectful interactions stood out. Additionally, EFPR’s comprehensive services and strong career development opportunities make it an attractive choice for me.

What do you hope to bring to the EFPR Team?
I hope to bring a strong analytical mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and a collaborative spirit to the EFPR team.

What made you want to go into your line of work?
The accounting and consulting require continuous learning and adaption, excites me.  Additionally, I find great satisfaction in helping organizations optimize their financial performance and achieve their strategic goals.

Who is your hero and why?
My dad – his unwavering support for my dreams even at the expense of his own, speaks a lot. He’s not just a hero but also an inspiration for his boundless kindness and sacrifice.

What is your “number one” hobby?
Cooking.
