Dennis is from Syracuse, NY and graduated from SUNY Geneseo this year with an accounting degree. He previously interned for EFPR Group’s Rochester Attest Department and has returned to The Firm as a Staff Accountant!

What do you hope to bring to the EFPR team?
I hope to bring my strong communication skills and high work ethic to EFPR.

What made you want to go into your line of work?
Math has always been my strong suit and the math behind accounting has always made sense to me. I’m also interested in ethics and making sure that companies and individuals are doing the right thing and are reporting everything accurately. The world of audit specifically tackles this.

Do you play a musical instrument?
I play percussion instruments, mainly mallet percussion. My favorite instrument to play is the marimba (like a xylophone, but really really big).

Do you play a sport or did you play in college or high school?
I was never on any sports teams but I love playing frisbee!

Who is your hero and why?
My hero is my grandfather, who was a tax auditor before he retired. He was extremely smart and had great financial planning skills as well. I admire him and hope to be just like him.
