Eldredge, Fox & Porretti, LLP was founded.

1994

StoneBridge Business Partners, a subsidiary of EFP Group, was founded.

1999

Eldredge, Fox & Porretti, LLP merged with Morga, Jones, and Hufsmith, P.C., in January.

2001

Rotenberg & Co. merged with Daitz, Rice & Gillette, LLP.

2007

Eldredge, Fox & Porretti, LLP merged with Carnevale, Niles, Whitney & Davis, P.C., in October.

2009

EFP Rotenberg, LLP was established with the merger of Eldredge, Fox & Porretti, LLP and Rotenberg & Co

2012

EFP Rotenberg acquired Toski & Company.

2015

EFP Rotenberg rebrands as EFPR Group, LLP.

2016

EFPR Group acquires S. Barrie Godown CPA located in Jupiter, Florida. This marked the first out-of-state acquisition for the firm.

2017

EFPR Group acquires Fecteau, PLLC located in Albany, New York.
