Victoria is the Manager of Human Resources and Recruitment for EFPR Group. She has been providing human resource services including Recruitment and Retention Strategy, Change Management and Human Resource Compliance for over 7 years. As a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the National Human Resources Association, Victoria has extensive expertise in employee benefits, talent management, organizational development and ethics protocol.
Victoria has an undergraduate degree from St. John Fisher College and a Masters degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College. Additionally, Victoria holds two credentials, Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
