Norm is a consultant in EFPR Group’s Tax and Business Services department. He has over 25 years of tax and attest experience working with owners and management of closely-held businesses across upstate New York, performing all levels of financial statement attestation engagements as well as business and individual tax planning and compliance services. Norm has expertise in many areas of industry including construction, manufacturing, agribusiness, real estate, retail and medical professionals. He also works closely with high wealth individuals relative to tax and estate planning.
Norm received a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the State University of New York at Oswego. He was licensed in New York State as a Certified Public Accountant in 1994, and became a Certified Global Management Accountant in May 2017.
Norm’s clients have included medical practices, family owned farms, manufacturing companies, law firms, small and large construction contractors, and real estate investment and management companies.
Norm is very active in the Western New York accounting community. He is a professional speaker and adjunct instructor for Cornell University’s Income Tax Schools. For the past 9 years, Norm as also been a technical writer and editor for the Land Grant Tax Education Foundation. Subjects include the new tangible property regulations in the National Income Tax Workbooks. Norm is also a John Maxwell certified leadership speaker, trainer and coach.
