The purpose of the Lunch and Learn training for the Tax and Business Services Department is to provide a casual yet informative environment in which team members can enhance their knowledge, address identified skill gaps, and discuss recent updates in tax legislation. This initiative aims to foster continuous learning, encourage knowledge sharing among colleagues, and ultimately elevate the level of service we offer to our clients.

The training sessions will be held during lunch hours to minimize disruption to daily work schedules, promoting a relaxed atmosphere that encourages open discussion and interaction. Each session will focus on a specific topic, with a mix of presentations, live demonstrations (if applicable), and Q&A sessions.

By participating in these sessions, team members will gain valuable insights and practical skills that will improve their efficiency, enhance the quality of their work, and contribute to the overall success of our firm and the satisfaction of our clients.

Lunch will be provided for those who are attending on-site in the Rochester and Buffalo locations. An email will be sent for lunch RSVPs.
