Mike is a Partner in EFPR Group’s Tax & Business Services Department. Mike works extensively with owners and management of closely-held businesses across upstate New York, performing financial statement review and compilation services as well as business and individual tax planning and compliance. His clients represent a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, printing, development stage companies, equipment leasing and food processing as well as professional service firms. He has also worked closely with high tech companies, other “green” business ventures as well as foreign corporations looking to expand to the United States. He has also made presentations on the tax incentives available to green businesses.
